Macintosh-Based Software for Anatomical Atlas Slicing and Navigation

MacOStat is a stand-alone Mac OS application for viewing 3D data. It supports arbitrary plane of view and display of both histological images and superimposed delineated regions. For instruction on use, review the User Guide.
