Laboratory for Bioimaging and Anatomical Informatics  develops and distributes software tools for neuroinformatics and neurocartography. The lab is located in the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy at Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Our research is primarily focussed on imaging and computer vision methods for neuroinformatics and neurocartography. Key technologies under development include: Image based query systems; Novel 3D imaging methods; Algorithms for segmentation of micrographs.
